Inspired by Bothies of the past, Gin Bothy favour the old fashioned approach. We infuse our Gins with local seasonal fruits in extremely small batches, working through the process by hand at each step.
In 2016 we won a triple great taste award for our Gunshot gin, along with being voted one of the top 18 spirits in Scotland and being recognised by our industry when voted best Product at Scotland's Trade Fair 2017.
At the end of 2016, in line with our natural and rural origins and beliefs we proudly began to collaborate with the Woodland Trust by donating £1 from every bottle of Bothy Original sold to the preservation and restoration of Loch Arkaig Caledonian Pine Forest - the source of our natural botanical Scots Pine.
Often called the accidental gin maker Kim created the gin bothy family alongside her jam making in the Bothy, specialising in infusing gins with the seasonal calendar of Scotland producing raspberry, rhubarb, strawberry, blueberry, chilli and a UK first Amaretto gin!
