WoodWinters and the team at Fonab Castle come together for an evening of true gastronomic delight

over 1 year AGOIain Fenwick News & Events

Combining luxury accommodation, elegant surroundings, outstanding tasting menu and fabulous wines this is going to be a real treat. The Castle's location overlooking Pitlochry's Loch Faskally is both idyllic & convenient.

Nestled in the heart of Highland Perthshire, Fonab Castle is a truly unique five star hotel. Lovingly restored, it draws inspiration from its historic past and breath-taking surroundings whilst adding the odd contemporary twist.

The Castle's Sandeman’s Restaurant is all about familiar classics with a twist. Sultry interiors, wood-panelling and effortless service provide the perfect setting for a fabulous evening.

Fonab's James Payne and our very own Douglas & Rodney will host the evening (each in their own, inimitable style). We look forward to presenting some of our favourite vinous treasures alongside the award-winning tasting menu. This is our first dinner at the Castle and is timed to coincide with the launch of the latest season's menu.

Friday 17th March 2017 - Paired Wines, Dinner, Bed & Full Scottish Breakfast

£425 per couple (limited non residential Dinner & Wine places available £125 per person)

The Castle also boasts an amazing spa where you can enjoy treatments to calm mind, body and soul. Just the thing to ready oneself for an evening in our company - or indeed to recover from one!

To book for this unmissable event please either call the Fonab Castle team on 01796 470140 or email to reservations@fonabcastlehotel.com
