I am proud to announce that the restaurant will once again be joining Seafish in celebrating Seafood Week.  It is a real privilege.  I believe in cooking with fresh, local and seasonal produce and something we should all be extremely proud of is the fish from our oceans. For such a small country the abundance and variety of fish and shellfish is second to none and something we should all be eating more of. 

As a chef, the variety and quality of seafood available to me is something of a dream and is why I include such a selection on my menus throughout the year.  Seafood week is a chance for all of us to celebrate and to remind us to be cooking with and eating more fish.  

As Seafood Week runs alongside the Edinburgh Restaurant Festival, I have devised a special menu which can be booked below.
