International award winning distiller Arbikie Highland Estate launches The A Club

Arbikie Highland Estate will be serving its world-class spirits at The A Club this August at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The A Club is the brainchild of Arbikie and Mike Fraser of Mackenzie Catering looking to showcase Scotland’s finest food and drink to festivalgoers. Guests will be able to enjoy a consummate table and dining service at the sophisticated setting of The Merchants' Hall.  An array of world-class entertainment featuring Hollywood actor, Brian Cox and 56 performances from 29 live music artists between Fri 5 - Sun 28 Aug.

Arbikie’s ‘made from scratch’ spirits will bring an earthly soul direct from their farm distillery to the centre stage with a fantastic menu of artisan cocktails. Arbikie’s gin, vodka and chilli vodka cocktails will ensure a foot stomping good time.  Guests will also be able to enjoy Innis & Gunn Beer, Benromach Whisky and a range of Schweppes soft drinks.


Hollywood actor, Brian Cox, has confirmed he'll be hosting an exclusive, one-hour talk - followed by a Q&A session. Best known for appearing in The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, X2, Braveheart, Rushmore, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Troy and Doctor Who - the 70-year-old, a passionate advocate for Scottish talent, will be talking about his career, both in Hollywood and on the theatrical stage. 


The A Club will be featuring some of the top names in jazz, folk and classical music, highlights include: the award-nominated Scottish swing band, Rose Room; the UK's forefront funk 'n' soul band, The Haggis Horns (who have worked alongside Adele, Take That, Amy Winehouse, Duran Duran, etc.); as well as The Ayoub Sisters, who were recently invited into Abbey Road Studios by Uptown Funk producer, Mark Ronson, to re-record a new version of the worldwide hit.
