EDINBURGH GIN EXPANDS EVENTS PROGRAMME TO SERVE SPIRIT OF EDINBURGH FESTIVAL

Back by popular demand, the Edinburgh Gin Garden is returning to St Andrew’s Square for the Edinburgh's summer festivals with an enhanced experience to offer festival goers an indulgent escape from the bustle of the festival as well as an expanded programme of Edinburgh Gin signature sites.

This festival, the show stopping gins and liqueurs will be headlining in three outdoor venues:

The Edinburgh Gin Garden (at St Andrew Square) 15th July – 31st Aug

Edinburgh Gin Fizz Terrace, Rutland Place Terrace (beside The Edinburgh Gin Distillery) 5th – 31st Aug

Edinburgh Gin at East Princes Street Gardens (beside The Scottish Café) 5th – 29th Aug

Crafting the 21st century gin renaissance within the capital with its award-winning range, The Edinburgh Gin Garden will open on 15th July until the end of August. Last year, 92,000 gin based drinks were served in the garden, testimony to the international gin revival and demand for the sophisticated and innovative Edinburgh gin. This year, visitors can escape the festival rush and immerse themselves in the enhanced Edinburgh Gin Garden experience with a specially created Edinburgh Gin Summerhouse and enjoy an expanded cocktail range.

Music and entertainment will be plentiful at the Edinburgh Gin free stage which will managed by the experienced cultural curators from The Stand Comedy Club. Throughout the festival Edinburgh Gin ambassadors will hold impromptu tastings from their bespoke Edinburgh Gin summerhouse in the garden across Edinburgh Gin’s full range.

Across all three outdoor venues, guests are invited to sip and savour the natural botanicals of the London Dry core range of Original Edinburgh Gin, Cannonball and a taste of Scottish summer with Seaside Gin. The ever popular range of Edinburgh Gin Liqueurs will also be available for those who want to enjoy a splash of indulgence in their glass abundant with natural flavour.

Co-founder of Edinburgh Gin, Jane Nicol said:
